any updates :)
its only 6:30 my time and I stop eating at 8 and I want to post everything I eat bc there has been times where I eat something after I post my diet so I just want to make sure I’m being fully honest with what I eat
 
When I was working out today I got a sharp pain in my shoulder so I had to stop my workout a little bit early not by much so I’m gonna try to see how it feels in the morning and if I can finish my last day of working out if not, I’m gonna take two days off and just do cardio and then get back lifting weights on Sunday

Diet

50 g Protein shake with honey and oats before my workout

30 g protein shake after workout

Breakfast - omega-3 mix, string cheese

Lunch- Chinese buffet I was eating all the protein that they had but after I felt unhealthy so I will not do that again

Dinner- chicken and broccoli

Snack- 1/2 cups of almonds , protein bar

Training- 30 minute cardio

I have a question. My fiancé is also trying to get into the healthy lifestyle. Would y’all recommend any pill fat burners? From ugfreak
@Justlearning22 for girls i dont suggest PEDs to start, how about you get her a bottle of n2slin x? give her 2 caps pre meal and 1 cap cardazol pre training? easy natural and will let you dip her feet

Lunch- tuna

Dinner- steak and broccoli

Snack- 1/2 cups of almonds , protein bar

Training- 30 minute cardio
