Protein shake with walnuts
Breakfast - eggs and chicken
Lunch- 2 hamburger patties
Dinner- nothing I could get an appetite to eat anything healthy the only thing I’m craving is fast food and junk so I haven’t eaten nothing
Snack- , protein bar, protein yogurt, pistachios, omega-3 mix
@Justlearning22 if you craving fast food, and cant eat, get a protein bar extra one like quest
