Breakfast - eggs, ham potatoes
Lunch- 2 hamburger patties
Dinner- chicken mixed veggies
Snack- , protein bar, protein yogurt, pistachios, omega-3 mix
Ps - tomorrow’s gonna look very different for me when I post my buddies having his first baby and I have to wake up at 3:20 in the morning to go to the hospital so I’m not sure what I’ll be eating tomorrow, but I’ll probably won’t be able to go to the gym either.
