honey and oats with the protein shake sounds delicious
 
are you stressing out when you lay down and go to sleep
sometimes your mind starts racing
 
try drinking some relaxing tea
avoid stimulants that could be your culprit
 
hopefully you start feeling better
you don't want your heart racing before bed that's not a good sign
 
we definitely want to see you continue to improve
getting good sleep is very important so make sure you try different things

50 g Protein shake with honey and oats

Protein shake with almonds

Breakfast - omega-3’s mix and pistachios

Lunch- tuna in a lettuce wrap

Dinner- chicken and mixed veggies

Snack- 1/2 cups of almonds, protein bar,string cheese
Nice work

Between 85-128bpm today according to my Apple Watch. And I’m gonna post my diet and exercising everything here in a minute. I’m cooking me dinner right now. Once I get done with that then I’ll post it. Question when I start back tren I just pin it with everything else right?
you should NOT start trenbolone, especially your heart rate is high @Justlearning22
