Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein cookie

protein muffins are a huge snack love it how much protein in it? @Justlearning22
 
Just make sure the nuts are raw with no added oils.
I like dry roasted nuts. That are organic.
 
40 minutes of cardio is impressive.

Cardio is very underrated. It does a lot of good.
 
That's good, man, if something upsets your stomach, stay away from it. I'm guessing pineapples to sour.
 
If you like mango go with mango, just make sure you cycle it out.

Maybe switch the papaya here and there.
