Approved Log My Phoenix Transformation cycle Log

So Friday I was at the pool a buddy of mine was trying to get me to get in the pool. I didn’t want to so he pick me up when I was distracted talking to my wife and then soon as my foot touched the pool I wrapped my arm around his head, twist my body and dropped my weight down and we hit the cement ground, but I didn’t want him to hit his head so I had my arm around it and messed up my elbow. So I’m gonna be doing a lot of cardio, ab exercises and leg days to complete this week.
funny story. but also a good reason why i avoid people as much as i can.
your buddy obviously could not care less about your health more then trying to show off in front of your wife

@Justlearning22 wow that sounds like rough housing and harmless fun. but it turned into something else. i would be pissed and find new friends lol

I fully agree. He had his girl there to but it hurt his ego that he couldn’t get me in the pool when he was trying to which led to what happened.

bro reminds me of prison story in shower. was in there minding my own business and dude on meth comes in trying to pin me down. so i take shampoo and slam his face with it. then i rip out his eye with razor, he was crying like a bish on the ground begging for CO . nobody fuck with me after that lol. that should been what you do to this guy teach him lesson @Justlearning22

Diet

Pre workout-50 g Protein shake with honey

Post workout- 42g protein shake with honey

Lunch- pot roast and carrots

Dinner- 2 hamburgers patties, carrots

Snack- protein yogurt, protein cookie

you've made some good changes in this log. cleaned up your diet amazingly well
but another area that needs cleaning is who you associate with too. sounds like this guy is full of trouble
its like that bad neighbor that you just ignore and stay away from. you gotta do it.

, that is quite the story. @Justlearning22 I hope he apologized to you. You've been working so hard on this log and to have something like this happen, is such a disaster.
