Today was decent. Was going to hit some deadlift work tonight, but lower erectors still feeling a little sore. Going to take another rest day and hit cardio for a bit.
Diet was good. I had a serving of low calorie chips, and a whole lotta salsa. I had a whole rotisserie chicken in a bag from the grocery store, I removed the skin, and snacked on some pickles and veggies. Two double scoop shakes, plus a single scoop. 3 eggs, scrambled on two slices wheat bread for dinner after cycling. Lots of water, still no milk. Daily inclusion of protein shakes mixed with water, 10-15g creatine, multi, guarana extract, green tea extract, L-Arginine, beet root powder.

180-200gg protein
115-135g carbs
60-75g fat.
Cardio:
1:38:02. range 75-142. Avg bpm: 117.
My thoughts:
Still dialing in calories and diet, but even comparing today to a week ago, I'm getting much stricter and I've cut maybe 500-600 calories from my weekly average so far. I don't count what I burn from cardio or lifting, because I'm doing that activity regardless. Pic included from cardio tonight. Tomorrow will be another volume deadlift day.
