Approved Log My Recomp Cycle 2024

Sleep 2100-0700 10 hours

Pushed myself super hard with legs today but feeling good about it. Ate the exact same diet as yesterday so I’m just copying the macros over here. Will be going back to my pork tenderloins tomorrow.

Day Macros
2456cal 126g carb 110g fat 263g protein

Exercise- Leg+Core
Cardio Treadmill 60m avg HR 130

Weight training 50 sets 1h 30m avg hr 122
Hip abduct 130x20 160x15x4
Standing Hip adduct 160x15 190x15 220x15x3
Seated Calf press 185x15 230x15 275x10x3

So I got Covid and will probably be BW at home training for the next week and a half. Gonna eat as much as I can though last time I couldn’t eat a bite for 4 days. Anyways I have about a month left on cycle and wanting to know if I should stop taking the winstrol only until I’m back in the gym and extend cycle a week or so past original end date? Or should I just keep the schedule I have and keep the Winny going.

@Ravenson I hope you recover soon and get back into the fold.

On the cycle, I suggest you extend the cycle past the end date and add 1 week because 1 week post cycle you will be still weak.

ON the recovery, please add vitamin C double dose vitamin D double dose + NAC and high dose of elderberry and olive leaf extract.
