Trust me it wasn’t funny cutting it with an electric mower. Mother in law lives an hour and a half away and always waits until the city gives her a warning to cut it until she lets me know.

I do like BPC and use it on certain areas. As for training updates I’m taking a little 3 week deload do to some procedures, so everything is super light and I’m not even tracking it. I get my last round this coming week and then some Botox for TMJ and migraines the following week. After the that I’ll be back to hitting it hard and logging.
