Approved Log My Recomp Cycle 2024

Sorry brothers been so fucking busy I haven’t had a chance to update the log but I’m keeping with the routine and will hopefully slow down next week to get back to logging. In the mean time here are met 4 week bloods. I was running 300 test c prior to cycle start. Current cycle is 525 Test C from Nakon and 525 Deca Ultima. I am running .5mg Caber weekly but AI only as issues arise which they haven’t yet on any cycle.

My E2 is 37 and well in normal range, wouldn’t adding Proviron to the mix cause my e2 to become non-existent?
since nandrolone increases DHN in the body its important to use a DHT to balance things. this way during cycle or when you come off you don't get deca dick from too high DHN
 
proviron will bring down E2 a bit but wont' crash you
 
you want a balance of hormones so proviron works good
 
Definitely listen to Steve's advice on this
 
Nice to see estrogen still in line without an AI. This just shows how everyone reacts differently and how important blood work is. Had you been running a typical AI dose, your estrogen would likely be in the tank.

Never had a deca dick problem in the past running just the two but you guys know a shit load better than me and I’m here to learn so I’m listening. Will get proviron on next order, tend to order a year in advance on stuff.

@Ravenson oxandrolone wouldnt work, same with stanazolol, you do need proviron for your sides
25mgs proviron with 5mgs tadalafil imo
