Approved Log My Recomp Cycle 2024

Trying to get the time to get back to logging but between gym work and home and I barely have time to breath. Food has been my same normal boring park and avocado and broccoli. Hitting 215protein 123 carbs and 141 fats today

Fats high I like it today with high protein
can you get under 100 grams carbs? and time it around training

also the weights are perfect you need to stay high volume
 
Starting HGH next week. Going to be doing 2iu but wondering what time of day is best to take it. Was thinking first thing in the morning before my fasted workouts but have seen some people take it before bed and some split it up. What are yalls recommendations for time?
Depends on your specific needs. If I used it (as I do MK677) I'd say it was 50% rehab and 50% sleep. So later in the day would suit me. Early suits you due to recomp being, in part, getting leaner. Dosing looks good.
