you feeling good these days?
Yeah you know I’ve been that way my whole life, just haven’t wanted food for hours after waking. Years ago I would probably have had a six pack of Dr Pepper down before I ate food but the last 2 years it’s diet root beer and water (2.5gallons/day). Feeling amazing honestly, would say I’m in the best shape of my life at 41, get loads of quality sleep and eating pretty clean.
 
Do you live next to the Texas and Mexico border we can get fresh Mexican food?
About an hour from the border, around between SA and Uvalde.
never had a chicken sausage wrap that tastes good?
Taste amazing, the wraps I use are spinach and flax seed burrito wraps, only 80cal and 17g of fiber in 1. The chicken sausage is great it is cased with cheddar cheese and poblano peppers.
does the dairy not bother your stomach?
No I can eat and drink dairy all day long and never have an issue. My heritage is from the far northern latitudes so my ancestors evolved to drink milk due to less sunlight in Scandinavia and Ireland.

Sorry super busy week. So a couple updates, popped something in the left shoulder during bedtime cardio. Docs gonna do 6 injections of PRP and Stem cells over the next 4 weeks so basically gonna have to go super light for all of November. So postponing cycle start date from 1st week of November to 2nd week of December. Doc also said latest X-rays of cervical spine looked like shit and need to cut weight back by 30-50% and increase reps. Can still go to failure, just have to do it on lighter weights. Keeping my TRT at 280mg/wk. when cycle starts in December I’m going to basically run the same cycle I did from April to July of Test C 700mg/wk Deca 350mg/wk and 50mg var/Ed. Gonna run 16 weeks total with the last 8 on Var. Probably won’t post much over the next month, but gonna maintain daily cardio and try to get at least a PPL a week in. Legs I can still go heavy on. Any suggestions for reducing muscle loss over the next month would be very helpful. Thanks guys.
 
I would like to do stem cells later on in life I think it's worth a shot
how much are you paying for those and what kind of doctor are you seeing? I hope it's not one of those anti-aging scam doctors

@Ravenson ah i see big cycle coming december but the test is high imo can you drop it to 500mgs test/week thats a better test dose for you based on last cycle i remember trt

So my last cycle was basically the same. I ran 630mg/wk test until I ran out of 200mg/ml and then started 250/ml and ran 700 at .4ml per day. Only real difference is I’m bumping the anavar from I think 20/day to 50/day. I can run the test at 500 but in my research found that it’s better to run a test deca cycle at 2:1 test/deca. Last cycle I had no sides. Prolactin never got high and E2 stayed about 32, total test was >1500. Would a 500/250 cycle be beneficial with the deca that low? Also have 4 vials of EQ that I could run instead of deca but didn’t want to try a new compound right around the holidays.
 
the whole testosterone and deca ratio thing is Bro Science don't believe it
