the younger crowd will tell you not to use Deca but I don't think they have a clue what they're talking about
 
If I was to add anything to the next cycle of test c 500/wk deca 350/wk and Anavar 50/Ed what should it be? Was thinking of either trying Winstrol at 30mg/ED or maybe Tbol after listening to evolutionary podcast this morning. What do you think. And no not willing to run Tren yet at even low dosage.
@Ravenson i think winstrol would play with anavar well, but no trenbolone for sure

you can open the cycle with anavar 6 weeks and close with 6-8 weeks winstrol
not a bad choice a bit harsh but its fine

Gotta take it pretty easy for the month of November. I posted about it above last week. Just keeping diet in check getting 250p 150f 125c doing light daily cardio maybe 30-45mins and very light weight. Will be starting next cycle the 2nd week of December if all goes well with my shoulder and will be back to posting regularly. Thank you for checking in on me.

Diet is basically staying the same as before. Boring as hell but pork tenderloin and avocado spread 2-3 times a day with a glass of milk at night. I’ve tried cutting the milk out but for some reason if I don’t have milk with dinner I’m up all night with food cravings. Not sure why.
