my recovery time is too slow

Looking to boost my recovery times
seems like when I work out it takes me three or four days for the soreness to go away not sure why this is happening it’s been a recent phenomenon but I might have something to do with I’m only getting six hours of sleep a night
any advice when it comes to my supplements?

think protein like whey and think test booster like HCGenerate
i would use both
 
if you can just get an extra hour of sleep maybe a nap that will go a long way
 
You need to be getting more good quality sleep and make sure your diet is on point. You need to be getting enough protein to aide in recovery.
