when you train and build muscle its gonna strain the kidney's. its pretty standard but the high HRT dose doesn't help

as you can see your other numbers are off a lot more then they should be cause of your high HRT sports trt dose

long term its not healthy at all. that's why I recommend guys stick to actual trt which is around 100 mg a week only

Could you please bring specific on cleaning the diet ? Because I pretty much eat everything organic and my list of micronutrients is very wide if you could please elaborate on what you mean so I can understand better would be great !!

wild or brown rice is healthier since it still has the outside

I see,I do need to increase the fiber,white rice is only on dinner and lunch,I will be swiping dinner with sweet potatoes,I do eat oats already,thank you.
