Log date 5/15
Hey everyone, so I’m about to start my second cycle in about a week, this time I’m doing
Test Cyp - 250mg/ 2x weekly
Anavar 25mg BID
Proviron 25mg BID for support
Looking to run the var for 8 weeks, and the T and Provi for 12 weeks.
My current stats:
Age 34
Height 5’11”
Weight 175lbs
11.5%bf (last inbody scan was 3 days ago)
This log is going to be a pre cycle log showing yesterday’s (5/15) diet and exercise routine.
—Diet—
Breakfast: 8:30am
3 links of chicken breakfast sausage
3 strips bacon
3 eggs
1 cup diced peppers
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
3 flour tortillas
Tea with milk and 3 spoonfuls of sugar
Snack 1: 10:00am
1 fairlife protein shake
Lunch: 1:00pm
2 cups peri peri chicken pasta salad
Snack 2: 5:30pm
1 barbells caramel/banana protein bar
1 coffee with cream and Splenda
Post lift protein shake: 6:30-ish
1 scoop whey protein isolate
1 scoop casein protein
2 scoops Karbolyn
8oz whole milk.
Dinner: 7:40pm
1 piece of seafood Stuffed salmon
1cup of rice cooked in bone broth
Snack 3: 9:00pm
1 Chobani yogurt cup
Midnight Snack : 11:30pm
1 bowl of Basic 4 cereal in 8oz whole milk (lactose free).
—Workout—
I do 2x a day workouts (one morning and one evening) 3 days a week, usually running or doing Pilates in the morning and lifting in the evening, I do hyrox/hybrid training 2 days a week as well ( don’t lift on those days).
For 5/15 I didn’t do any morning workout activities I just did a leg day lift in the evening:
- pendulum hip press 3x10 @200lbs
- Hack Squat 4x10 ( 1 set at 180lbs 3 sets at 230)
-laying hamstring curl 4x8 @110lbs
- Superset: Machine adductor 3x8 @100lbs
Machine abductor 3x8 @100lbs
Cable hip extension 3x12 @20lbs
Bodyweight walking lunge 3x20
