I hate them unless I get them from a restaurant lol I usually do brown rice but the coach pushed emphasized you need to eat sweet potatoes the carbs are better pre show and yadda yadda yadda so I’m just gonna be a good boy and listen
Thanks man I consider myself lucky also. I know guys that are pushing 1 to 2 grams of gear a week and you can’t even tell. Where with me I can keep it under a gram and be good. But I know once I step up to the pro level that may be a road I’ll need to cross lol
Yea man I’m my joints aren’t handling the heavy weight since I’m a week out from my next show so I have to find other ways to tax myself in the gym. The high reps will make you respect the lower weights
