Not going to lie I’m tempted to experiment with the Ronnie Coleman approach and eat the steak and sweet potato from Outback the night before lol
 
you sure love sweet potatoes!
I hate them unless I get them from a restaurant lol I usually do brown rice but the coach pushed emphasized you need to eat sweet potatoes the carbs are better pre show and yadda yadda yadda so I’m just gonna be a good boy and listen

Thanks man I consider myself lucky also. I know guys that are pushing 1 to 2 grams of gear a week and you can’t even tell. Where with me I can keep it under a gram and be good. But I know once I step up to the pro level that may be a road I’ll need to cross lol

Love seeing the high reps , I also like doing that sets of 30 etc it's difficult and fun at the same time really pushes your mind and body at times.
Yea man I’m my joints aren’t handling the heavy weight since I’m a week out from my next show so I have to find other ways to tax myself in the gym. The high reps will make you respect the lower weights 🫡

@Chimp high reps is the way I like to prep for shows, lower weight real high reps, it's a myth big weights needed for bodybuilding
