@Chimp you already lean have you thought of stacking hgh? I think you can handle it.
I'm doing 10 IUs per day for my pro show open bodybuilding.
I’m running gh my next show I was going to run 1IU to start and see how I feel.

Thanks man I consider myself lucky also. I know guys that are pushing 1 to 2 grams of gear a week and you can’t even tell. Where with me I can keep it under a gram and be good. But I know once I step up to the pro level that may be a road I’ll need to cross lol

I saw the water and the carbs bro I appreciate....what is the total on the carbs for day prior...seen 6oz sweet potatoes a lot...I dont do sweet potatoes but I can exchange.. can you give me Idea of total grams...looks to be right around 200g to me.... IS that in the area??

I would add some omega 3 fats like fish oil to keep the joints healthy and heart tight

I just did the math it’s about 185 carbs for Friday so 200 is in the ballpark due food labels being allowed to be off by 20% in the States.

Yessir I take 3 of the optimum nutrition fish oil tablets in the AM every morning

would like to see you change things up and condense it to 2-3 meals for a few weeks to change things up. you would get a nice effect on gut health

This is just for the day before and morning of the show. I’m going to switch back to 3 meals a day for 8 weeks following the show.
