I see a lot of options for fish oil on the market
Natures bounty I've used this brand for different things over the years
I'm interested in trying their fish oil to help me with my joints and also upping my good fats in my diet
I could see that their products are sold at a lot of different places. do you think it's a good idea to buy it from a drugstore or should I buy it online

I only use distilled fish oil dont use anything else
 
how about buying real salmon
