9 tbps is too much. Try 1 tbsp 3x/day. There are heavy metals in fish oil so taking too much is not good.I want to take 3 tbsp fish out 3x per day thats 9 tbsp.
I was just curious are there any health complications of using fish oil?
I know it's good for you but what about drinking 100 spoons per day thats not good right?
