need help sleeping naturally

hello please help me! after this crazy virus now i cant sleep keep reading news. Is there anything natural i can take to sleep and keep calm?
I wanted to take valerian root but Im not sure it will work here.
 
I like melatonin, dandelion, valerian and a few herbs. It's hard to put together, better get a ready formula.
 
Start with stop watching and or reading the news. A joke said the media had stopped bothering with the weather. It's just 'morning... Corona..'. Kinda true. So limit your time online. It's not like you're gonna fix it by listening is it (unless you're a doc in a lab)?

Then keep up good sleep habits - SteveSmi did a great article on this.

bro I suggest nutrozol to boost hgh and sleep... I got 2 bottles to test run... it was amazing... veins hard...slept great
