I need some help with my hgh dosage. my strategy right now is waking up at 5 in the morning and take and I take 2ius of hgh then eat a large breakfast an hour later. then i go to work and then i hit the gym right afterwards and workout. then after I do another 2ius and eat my last meal around 9pm. what do you think of the timing?
 
4ius total for the day is a lot unless you are competing at a high level. i would stick with just the 2 iu's in the morning and be done with it.
 
I don't think you have to over-complicate HGH. Just take it in the AM and move on with your day. You will find the right dose but I would have started lower at 2iu.
