hey I'm looking to run a first cycle at 500 mg a week when using testosterone cypionate. I also need more information about using a PCT.
My stats are:
26 years old
5ft 10in
206 lb
body fat is about 18% but it's dropping
I know I need an anti estrogen on cycle, with aromasin at 12 1/2 mg every day be enough or do I need to take something stronger like letrozole.

Your ai dosage is fine. Try to get your bf down before starting. Make sure you get bloods half way through cycle and dose ai accordingly

Don't use letrozole it will kill your estrogen levels, very dangerous to do that.
Better use aromasin EOD 12.5mgs

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... You only use letro if absolutely necessary. Aromasin is perfectly fine on cycle. Dylan gave you the proper pct to follow so make sure you do that because that is literally the very most important part of your cycle.
