new workout split routine, thoughts?

I put together a new split routine after being out of the gym for a few months. I first did full body exercises the first month and now I want to transition to a split routine. What do you think of the following below?

abs
pull
rest

I put together a new split routine after being out of the gym for a few months. I first did full body exercises the first month and now I want to transition to a split routine. What do you think of the following below?

thats not good you need more rests days imo
 
the key is certain body parts can be trained more often than others
 
you can always do low repetitions and really work on your strength to force growth
 
don't overdo it when it comes to training too many people over train
 
bottom line is if it's not working then definitely change it up
