Next Cycle Question

I am 43 years old, 6'1, 205lbs, have a history of high blood pressure and cholesterol and currently take medications for both. Last bloodwork I had done was about a month ago and everything seemed to be in a normal range.

My history with anabolics is:
-Back in April did 8 weeks of Test-c with Anavar: Some some good lean gains

-Just finishing up a cycle of Test-c (300mg/week) and Deca (300mg/week)

Wondering what you would recommend next? I have been told Primo is the way to go in order to keep my blood pressure in check. I tried Dianabol with my April cycle and it really raised my BP to an unsafe level so stopped.

My thoughts for my next cycle were Test (300mg) and Primo (400mg).

now i see your history but dont see much about you at all , a lot of steroid talk but not much info about you
in principle i agree test and primo is a clean cycle but to get dosages and more we need to see your log journal in a NEW thread where you post your diet training log and plans
like you going to do pct trt after cycle? and your face blurred pics

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

The truth is most Americans have these types of problems
you really got to get yourself into top shape before steroid use
because when you use steroids and numbers will get worse

what if we told you to use tren but made you sick? log your info
 
full information is going to allow us to give you the best advice
we need to clean up your diet and we need to get you in better shape before you use any steroid cycle
 
you have a history of problems with blood pressure then why would you run testosterone and deca?
We would have told you not to do that
