Well, unfortunately, I’ve fallen to the bug that’s going around Queensland at the moment.. basically Tuesday night I look like something out of the exorcist with my projectile vomiting and squirting from my butt hole 😩😩

Might take me a day or 2 to recover from that and definitely take me a few days to put back on the weight. 🤦‍♂️😮‍💨

Spent last 24 hours, concentrating on food (carbs mostly), rehydration (IV also) and rest (sleep) …

Happy with first day back in gym for almost a week
