Day 74 (9th week)
MK677 - 18.75mg
LGD4033 - 10mg
MK2866 - 25mg
N2Generate
Today's Theme: My "Letsgtchecked.com" bloods are disconcerting. I'll get to that later.
SIDES:
Blood Pressure:
Stable and acceptable at a high systolic number of 130
Mk677 related water retention - Still not happy with the water retention, but again, I am riding this out. Interesting point. I am doing a ton of work on our home in 95 degree weather and over the weekend, I was sweating like a pig and after a long day outside I lost so much water I actually, for about 2 hours became vascular and was able to better see my gains in the mirror. It was pretty fucking cool! It's too bad I can't see them regularly. Ahhhh...if only I had time to sit in a sauna for an hour a day!!!
Blood glucose: I am still holding at pre-diabetes levels and expecting to return to normal once I stop the MK677. According to my Letsgetchecked.com Diabetes and Heart Check Test, my A1C is under 5, so all should be OK...that is IF these tests are legit. I will get to that later.
Aches & pains: Second ART session was yesterday and feeling great. Feeling much better than I was a few weeks ago. Resting a bit coupled with the ART helped tremendously.
Training:
We are doing a ton of home improvements and last week I had to step in and put in a few very long days which caused me to slack on my training a bit. Not happy about it, but such is life. Yesterday and today I got back on my game and I didn't lose much if anything.
Gains:
Body weight is stable at 230. Strength has plateaued, but my muscle gains are stable and strong. Happy with my results so far
DIET:
Doing all the work at my house the last week through my whole routine off and my diet also suffered. Back on track as of yesterday.
Testing:
Ordered a few tests from letsgetchecked.com was excited to see where my test levels are before I start my N2generate.
It is very important to start by saying I was not happy with my initial letsgetchecked.com experience BEFORE I received my results.
For those of you who have not used their services in the past here is a general overview of the process.
- Order your test
- Received your test in the mail
- Activate your test online
- Answer a questionnaire
- Administer the test
- Return your blood sample
- Wait for results
I thought the service through each steps was phenomenal, but in my opinion they lost credibility with the questionnaire. Why? Because they ask so many probing questions they could probably make a snap judgment at the test subject's test results.
Example questions:
- Have you been told you have low testosterone?
- Have you ever used anabolic steroids?
- Have you experiences low libido?
- Have you ever been told you have high cholesterol?
- Do you eat fatty foods?
- Do you exercise regularly?
I could list a dozen more exceedingly probing questions that made me uncomfortable because I immediately started to question the integrity of the testing process.
When my doctor orders any of these tests, the lab pulls large vials of blood for testing. For Letsgetchecked.com, I am providing a mL of blood total.
The lab never asks me any questions. My doctor asks me few questions. The lab testing is total OBJECTIVE. Why the fuck does a lab have to ask me dozens of probing questions before testing my blood? They don't. I am not using their services because I want medical advice. I am suing their services because I want my blood test results. Period.
My Bloods Pre-cycle (4/1):
Test - 428
Test Free - 65
LDL - 160
HDL - 35
Triglycerides - 90
My (letsgetchecked.com) bloods Week 9
LDL - 142
HDL - 16
Triglycerides 227
Total test - 72
Test Free - 41.81
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin - 9.44
Thoughts:
My HDL is 2x lower than it has been any time in my 48 years and the projected LDG side effects I was worried about are legit.
How the hell are my triglycerides 227!? I have never had a triglyceride test higher than 100 in my entire life. That's insane.
If these test results are legit...this SARMS stack is
insanely suppressive, which flies in the face of what many SARMS gurus predict.
Hey...at least my LDL dropped a bit.
WTF!! I know everyone is different, but given the pretest questionnaire that made me uncomfortable, I called my local doctor today and asked him to prescribe an identical workup in a local lab for comparison.
Started N2Generate today obviously!
