Thanks for all the positive feedback! This log will be valuable for me to refer to going forward, but I hope it will also help other members as they navigate this particular SARMS stack and/or any PED stacks.
Update:
I hooked up with a PT yesterday that does Active Release and he hammered my hips, quads and back. It fucking sucked, but it worked. I regained a lot of mobility & feel like a new man.
We are going to do one session a week for a while until I loosen up a bit and regain full mobility. There's nothing like a cycle to make you tighter than a lineman's knot.
I am sure the session contributed to a killer back day today. I was able to deadlift without tweaking my back again. I took it easy and did lighter weight for higher reps, to play it safe, but all good.
