Lifts the rest of the week will be focused on heavy weights instead of volume. I have a family vacation starting Sunday the 23rd and will return on the 30th. I’ll be in the middle of no where on a lake camping. Which I think will help to decompress, I will still get some cardio in brothers and do some calisthenics if there isn’t a gym near the ranch.
