pro-supps.com pulled a scam on me

Newbie
I ordered over $1,000 worth of stuff from them. They sent me the wrong stuff in the mail. I reached out to them and they said, "Don't worry, we got you. Send it back." They gave me an address and then we will send you the right package. I thought I could trust them but they ended up not sending me anything back at all when I reached out to them. They claimed that I had not sent the package back to the right address and that they never got it, even though it says that it was delivered. What a mess.
