proper dosage of tb500 for 60 year old

I just turned 60 years old and my body isn’t what it used to be. It takes me twice as long to recover from my workouts. I also am the walking wounded with so many different nagging injuries that don’t seem to heal up very fast. This is why I would like to use TB 500. I’m thinking of doing 3 mg 3 times a week. Do you think this is a good amount?
 
I have been using a Glow Blend for months. 1mg/1mg/5mg a day BPC-157/TB-500/GHK-Cu. No sides, and my shoulder pain is gone. Some people might think that is high but it's not. It's mostly cost that hold some people back. But at 60 years old it's worth it to me.
