Sit in the 45 degree press. Put 6 plates on each side.
A plate is 20 kg (44 lb). In total that's 240 kg (529 lbs).
Do 5 reps, then remove a plate, without stopping do another 5 reps and then remove a plate and so on until you have only one plate.
Total repetitions: 30
Each time you take off a plate and the weight gets lighter, you have to try to do the slower and slower movement up to the last five very light but very slow repetitions.
Repeat until you feel your legs. I did 3 series.
