rad140 for bulking with s23

I’m 24 years old
and I am currently six foot 1.. 185 pounds
I’m looking to bulk up using rad140 and s23
what would be the best dose to run, I might start at 10mgs a day but if I increase the dose I will get more bottles that is why I’m asking.
I’m training five times a week and I’m eating around 3400 calories per day

but rad and gw yes
20mgs cardarine 20mgs testolone and n2guard
