Ciao a tutti mi chiamo Davide ho 40 anni scrivo dall'Italia attualmente sto assumendo
20mg di rad 140 una pastiglia prima dell'allenamento e una dopo
20mg di ligandrol una prima della palestra e una dopo
25mg di mk677 prima di andare a dormire
Il mio peso e di circa 83 kg questo e mio secondo ciclo il primo ciclo è stato di rad 140 e mk677
Assume anche vitamine,zma, omega3
Mi alleno per 5 giorni a settimana per circa 2 ore
la mia dieta mattino bevo del thè e due cucchiai di miele vado subito palestra
Dopo la palestra 1 misurino di proteine in polvere
Metà mattina 100gr di tacchino o pollo
Pranzo 150gr di pasta petto pollo o carne manzo con verdure
Metà pomeriggio 100gr tacchino
Per cena pasta o riso secondo pollo o tacchino o manzo con tanta verdura e frutta prima di dormire prendo proteine in polvere

Attualmente I currently weigh 83 kg I started in April with the first cycle I weighed 73kg as the first cycle I took rad140 and mk677 I started. with the second cycle in September I weighed 78 kg now I weigh 82.5kg
