Approved Log Self TRT Log

Details I forgot to add...OK, so TRT not started yet. Also the mostly plant based diet has been only the last 10yrs about.
No TRT yet. Diet is still 3 meals/day. Clean, mostly plant based, need more protein, eggs, EAA. Increased calories in the last week. Increasing weight to the bars wanting to lower the reps. I want to do 5X5 again, compound movements to build strength perhaps every other day (3days) and isolation 2 days...we'll see. Scale is still at 171. Typical daily supplements shown. Usually have some test booster in there too like tongkat or the like. If I can't say for sure it works then it probably doesn't. The Bioplasma ( no picture) I only had 1 bottle but it stopped muscle cramping so I need to get more.

Breakfast typical :
1cup rolled oats uncooked soaked in soy or almond milk.
1/4 cup raw walnuts
1/4 cup blueberries
1 egg hardboiled
1 serving plant protein powder ( 20gms yeild) now using EAA powder instead.

Lunch typical:
2 cliff bars (20gms protein total)
3 bananas

Dinner typical:
Could be anything from fake hot dogs to spaghetti to broccoli to salmon cakes... after " dinner" more soaked oats ( no nuts), protein powder (EAA's lately).
Supplements morning and night.
I'm very familiar with eating every 2 or 3 hrs. Used to do that all the time while "on". Manipulating protein, carbs, fat was enjoyable to me and very helpful. I learned how my body responded to various schemes. Used cyclic ketogenic diet for a year to slowly reduce bf with good results. I do not enjoy lifting weights while carb depleted lol... also I don't see the benefit of ramping up the macros before starting TRT. All criticism welcome!

fake hot dogs? you mean what?

why not get real meat, you need the full amino acids from meat to grow
