I need some adjustments to my current training routine because my shoulders are hurting me a lot
I am currently doing shoulders once a week.
The other times of the week I am doing a push split and a pull split. Then on saturday’s I hit my legs. This gives me 3 days till I hit shoulders again usually on mondays. Any idea what I can chance to help this issue?
