shoulders are hurting after lifting days

Newbie
I need some adjustments to my current training routine because my shoulders are hurting me a lot
I am currently doing shoulders once a week.
The other times of the week I am doing a push split and a pull split. Then on saturday’s I hit my legs. This gives me 3 days till I hit shoulders again usually on mondays. Any idea what I can chance to help this issue?

stop training shoulders bro
you need time off and rest so no injuries
 
sounds to me like you're overtraining which isn't good
 
you need to be doing proper warm-ups that will make a difference
 
do shoulder circles with 5 or 10 lbs before you train your upper body regardless
 
if I'm you I transition to yoga for a while get those shoulders loose and flexible
 
it's easy to cause damage when your weight training especially if you don't warm up properly
