Greetings everyone. I’m currently 32 years old, I do mostly CrossFit, but I also hit the gym and I do some bootcamp training as well. I like high intensity training, whether it be with weights or with cardio.
I’m 185 lbs and around 14% body fat. I just can’t get my numbers down. Goal is 10% or lower
