0930 - 4 egg cheese omlette, 6 pieces of bacon
200 - went to a movie split popcorn with Mrs.
1500 - 1 peach
1830 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water after training.
1930 - 2 - 6oz chorizo sausage from butcher topped with fajita peppers and onions. 2c quinoa with black beans, corn and peas, jalapeno and red onion topped with cojita cheese.
