DIET:
0900 - 4 eggs, 5 pieces bacon, 1 avacado. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water.

1900 - 2 - 6oz hamburgers, 1 bun, 2c. 5 bean salad, 1c roasted potatoes. 1.5c homeade bruchetta and 12 slices French baguette.

2100 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

TRAINING:
Rest Day - back and shoulders are beat up. I did not go to open mat.

SLEEP: 2130 - 0700 approx 9.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:Fish Oil triglyceride form 5.5g (DHA 2.2g, EPA 880mg, CLA 350mg). Glucosamine HCl 1.5g, Chondroitin 1.2g, Magnesium 300mg, (taurate, glycinate and malate). 7 caps N2G, NAC 1g, Milk Thistle 1g, Tudca 300mg.

1500 - 1 peach

1830 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water after training.

1930 - 2 - 6oz chorizo sausage from butcher topped with fajita peppers and onions. 2c quinoa with black beans, corn and peas, jalapeno and red onion topped with cojita cheese.

TRAINING:
Deadlifting still painful 100x10,5,2
Overhead Press 105x3x10
db raises front/side 10x4x10
Facepulls 50x4x20
Reverse Hypers BWx4x15
Decline Crunches BWx4x20
