Approved Log Simon Doc TRT and Sarms Log

@Simon nothing wrong with tangerines per se but in terms of sugar vs phytonutrients vs anti oxidants vs fiber, nothing compares to blackberries or raspberries. Tangerines can be very high in pollutants and pesticides while berries way lower and easier to wash off.
@BigArms42 Thanks for clearing that up. I didn't even consider the pollutants side of it. Makes perfect sense.
 
Sleep last night was low. Stayed at jiu-jitsu later than normally do but it was worth it. I will catch up on the sleep tonight.

DIET:
0500 - 50mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009.

0530 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 2/3c protein granola, 1.5c mixed berries, 2c vanilla Greek yogurt. 3 N2G caps.

0930 - 1c cottage cheese, 1c mixed peaches and 1c blueberries, 1 banana.

1130 - 10mg SR-9009

1230 - 2-8oz burger patties, 1/4c blue cheese, 4 pieces bacon, ½ avocado, lettuce and 2 slices tomato. 2c romaine lettuce w 4oz grilled chicken, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, chopped bacon and bleu cheese, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin. 2 caps N2G.

1530 - 1 apple, 3 hard boiled eggs, 3 clementine oranges

1630 - 10mg SR-9009,

2030 - 2c turkey chili with roasted spaghetti squash. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 2 caps N2G.

TRAINING: jiujitsu 120 minutes. Drilled for 60, sparred for 60

SLEEP: 2200 - 0430 approx 6.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon

@Simon training is going well good bench
 
I made a mistake last night. Went to the movies with the fam and gave into some rootbeer, a handful of sweedish fish and a lot of movie popcorn. my stomach regrets it and my body feels it. Lessoned learned, not doing that again.

1400 - 2 cans tuna, 1/2c shredded cheese in a protein wrap with some romaine. 1 scoop protein w 10 oz water

1630 - 10mg SR-9009,

1900 - 5oz roasted barramundi, 2c brown rice and 15 stalks roasted asparagus. 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 2 caps N2G.

TRAINING: Jiu-jitsu 90min

SLEEP: 2200 - 0630 approx 8.5 hours.

Weighed in at 225.6 pounds today, slowly and steady dropping weight. Seem to be looking leaner too. BF calculation scheduled for this upcoming Saturday. Seems like the SARMS are starting to take effect now.

1200 - bacon blue burger with no bun, lettuce, tomato and red onion. smoked gouda grit cake,

1400 - 10mg SR-9009, 2 caps N2G

1830 - 10mg SR-9009,

1900 - 2 - 6oz panko breaded and pan seared tilapia. 2c blanched snap peas. 1 scoop protein w 10 oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk fiber.

TRAINING: rest day

SLEEP: 2030 - 0430 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon
