DIET:
0500 - 50mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009.
0530 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 3 N2G caps. 2/3c granola w 1c blueberries and 1.5c vanilla greek yogurt
0930 - 1 banana, 1c cottage cheese mixed with 1c mixed blueberries and peaches.
1100 -10mg SR-9009, 2 caps N2G, 2c quinoa, 2- 4oz jalapeno cheddar sausages from my local butcher. 5oz grilled chicken, mixed greens and romaine salad dressed with balsamic and olive oil,
1530 - 10mg SR-9009, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1 tsp psyllium husk powder.
1900 - 8oz salmon and 1.5c quinoa with spinach, carrots, peas and green beans. 2 caps N2G.
TRAINING: Bench and Squat
Bench 185x10, 225x10, 250x6, 275x5
Squat 185x10, 225x10, 275x5
SLEEP: 2200 - 0530 approx 7.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon
