DIET:
1300 - 4oz flank steak, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, 2c mixed greens, 1 avocado and blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin.

1330 - 14 home grilled chicken wings

1530 - 2 clementines, 2 Bananas, 1 apple

1700 - 1c peaches and 1c cottage cheese

2030 - 8oz salmon, 1c orzo cooked with spinach. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 2tsp psyllium husk

TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 60 min

SLEEP: 2200 - 0400 approx 6 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos

My fasting was shortened a little, (ate in a 10 hour window as opposed to 7 or 8) bought my son to work with me today and we had breakfast together.

Also, it was way to nice to train in my garage with weights so I went on a bike ride instead.

Day 35 of BPC157 and TB500

DIET:
0900 - 3 egg omlete with jalapenos, peppers and mushrooms bacon and sausage and cheese.

1330 - 4oz grilled chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, 2c mixed greens, 1 avocado and blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin.

1830 - 8 - 1.5 homade meatballs with sauted peppers and onions and 2c protein pasta. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 2tsp psyllium husk

TRAINING:
20 mile bike ride, 1 hour and 14 minutes
Zone 2 @ 55 minutes, Zone 3 @ 9 minutes

SLEEP: 2130 - 0600 approx 8.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon

How are the peptides treating you 35 days in anything note worthy?
@Topps_Baseball88 minor joint issues seem to be all healed up in elbows, knees and wrists. My SI joint, hips and lower back are likely going to need a lot more than peptides but I think overall, the cost of the peptides and dailying pins were worth the results, especially as an older guy.
 
My diet was not great today as we floated down a river in tubes as a farewell to summer, and spent 2 hours driving each way. I did manage to keep the fast time window though. Oh, and no MetRx bars! Typically those are my windshield time go to!

1330 - 2 oranges, 2 handfulls of lays jalapeno kettle cooked potato chips, (these were so fricken good) the devils snack for sure!

1830 - 4 egges, 5 oz flank steak and poblano pepper, 1c shredded cheese and 1 avocado. 1 scoop protein w 2tsp psyllium husk fiber.

That is awesome brother I am happy hearing they help you 💪 yeah I know how that goes having arthritis I'm my right knee myself lol.
