DIET:
1300 - 4oz flank steak, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, 2c mixed greens, 1 avocado and blue cheese dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin.
1330 - 14 home grilled chicken wings
1530 - 2 clementines, 2 Bananas, 1 apple
1700 - 1c peaches and 1c cottage cheese
2030 - 8oz salmon, 1c orzo cooked with spinach. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 2tsp psyllium husk
TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 60 min
SLEEP: 2200 - 0400 approx 6 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
