Approved Log Simon Log 2.0 - Anavar, TestE, EQ & Primo

I am down to 213.6 pounds today. I was 238 pounds April 1. The fasting seems to be really driving it home and will be picking up the cardio this week.

Not the best diet today either but better than yesterday. It seems like eating in a time restricted window I can have a little more room for error, within reason.

Day 36 of BPC157 and TB500

DIET:
1230 - 2 slices of gluten free bread, each topped with an artichoke red pepper tappenade, then feta and an over medium egg with 3 ]inches of bacon on the side.

1300 - two breakfast sandwiches each consisting of 1 English muffin, 3 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs and a slice of American cheese.

1630 - 2 roasted chicken thighs with the skin, 1 sweet potato and 2c blanched broccoli.

2000 - 1 scoop chocolate ice cream with banana slices and peanut butter.

TRAINING:
Rest day, had a 45 minute baseball catch with my son.

SLEEP: 2130 - 0430 approx 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:
Fish oil triglyceride liquid:Omega 3 - 2540mg,Omega 6 - 1000mg, Omega 9 - 1000mg
CoQ10:400mg, Turmeric Extract:1g, BioPerine Black Pepper Extract:20mg
Glucosamine HCl 1.5g, Chondroitin 1.2g
Magnesium 300mg, (taurate, glycinate and malate)

My diet was not great today as we floated down a river in tubes as a farewell to summer, and spent 2 hours driving each way. I did manage to keep the fast time window though. Oh, and no MetRx bars! Typically those are my windshield time go to!

1200 - 6 ham and Swiss sliders on kings Hawaiian bread

1330 - 2 oranges, 2 handfulls of lays jalapeno kettle cooked potato chips, (these were so fricken good) the devils snack for sure!

1830 - 4 egges, 5 oz flank steak and poblano pepper, 1c shredded cheese and 1 avocado. 1 scoop protein w 2tsp psyllium husk fiber.

@Simon 238 > 213 thats a huge difference in weight, I can honestly say that's perfect.

Though, I would change the english muffin at 1300 for something more healthy if you can. Even in time restricted feeding, you need to control the foods.
 
I hear and agree on the junk food, gotta keep a lil something. I continue the fast and will consider shortening the window in the future. Thanks to all for the continued support. Stay strong!
