@e2 I do train with and help facilitate my sons class. He stays for the following adult class and watches. We mess around together at home too. A few more years and he will be able to roll with the adults!
 
Alright, sleep was short last night but it was bc kids got onba plane this am. Wife and I are finally taking the trailer to a camp ground for the weekend and doing nothing but relaxing and catching up on sleep.

Diet, Training and Updates
Thur 09.27.23

DIET:
1300 - 5oz grilled chicken salad w mushrooms, peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles and 1 avocado dressed w balsamic and olive oil.

1430 - 1c cottage cheese mixed w 1c sliced peaches. 1 banana

1530 - 1 apple, 3 hard boiled eggs and 3 clementines

1900 - 2 burritos made with left over taco chuck beef, peppers, onions, cheese, salsa, avocado in large tortillas. 2tsp psyllium husk powder and 10oz water.

TRAINING:
Fasted cardio. Run 3 min/Walk 3 min. Repeat 4 times. Building up to a continuous 30 minute run time.

SLEEP: 2100 - 0230 approx 5.5 hours. (I had to take the kids to the airport)
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:
Fish oil triglyceride liquid:Omega 3 - 2540mg,Omega 6 - 1000mg, Omega 9 - 1000mg
CoQ10:400mg, Turmeric Extract:1g, BioPerine Black Pepper Extract:20mg
Glucosamine HCl 1.5g, Chondroitin 1.2g
Magnesium 300mg, (taurate, glycinate and malate)
8 caps N2G, NAC 2.3g, Milk Thistle 3g, Tudca 1.2g, Beet Root 2g, L-Arginine 1g
Probiotics 50 Billion CFU 20 Strains
Taurine 2g

Final day of cycle! Wow, that was amazing. I've continued to lose weight, very little loss of strength. Eating in a fasting window is a huge bonus to overall feeling and digestive health. I'm not home this weekend to weigh myself but I have certainly leaned out. I believe the EQ helped with endurance and the Primo certainly aided in leaning me out a little. I cannot thank you guys enough for all of your continued support.

I will continue the trt log next week and likely just log 2 to 3 times a week, continuing to train like I have been and eating in an 8 hour window 5 days a week.

I did not fast today. I was up at 2am and left in the RV with my wife for a lil camping trip while the kids are away for the weekend. We had to do a dry run test before putting the kids in it.

0930 - bagel breakfast sandwhich, (2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, 2 slice tomato, cheddar) 1 banana, 1 peach and a few strawberries. Split a pancake with my wife.

1500 - 1.5 sandwiches. Turkey, roasted, cheddar, tomatoe and lettuce, 3 slices of rye

1900 - 1 scoop chocolate ice cream with peanut butter and marshmallow swirl in a cake cone.
