Approved Log Simon Log 2.0 - Anavar, TestE, EQ & Primo

I don't have any pics to post. I just put some up 2 weeks ago so no real changes. I got very sick early Monday morning into Tuesday from a food borne illness, spent a lot of time in the bathroom. Im back to 100% today and eating as normal again so I will weigh myself tomorrow and count that as a final number.
@Simon would be nice to see you in the end of the cycle no matter what just to get a feel where you are

Ok, as requested. Here are photos at end of day yesterday. As of these photos I hadnt done anything in 4 days due to being sick and Wednesday night was tied up with kids sports. I weighed in at 210.4 though. I started the 12 week cycle at 219.0 the first week of July.

Now all in all it was a success. Ive lost nearly 20 pounds just on this cycle. I only lifted weights twice a week and did jiujitsu 2 to 3 times a week and cardio, (either cycling or interval running) once to three times a week. Ive lost a few inches on my waistline to where I needed new pants and a new belt for work. Im to the last notch of said new belt and if I keep it up may need to do it again.

I dd increase my doses 5 weeks in from 200mg primo, 300mg test E and 300mg EQ to 400mg Primo, 400 Test and 400EQ. Other than the weight loss I noticed an increase in my endurance in the gym on the mat and cardio. Now this could just be from the weight loss too, I don't know. There was no strength increase as I changed my strength training habits too. I imagine If i trained differently I could have yielded different results. There were no sides at all. My sex drive decreased if anything and not by much. Id run this cycle again without a doubt.

All in all my greatest take away from this was incorporating the intermittent fasting where I ate in an 8 hour window the last 6 weeks. This has made a huge impact on inflammation, sleep, just the overall feel of my body. I continue to eat in an 8 hour window at least 4 days a week. I like the way 210 feels, I haven't been this light in over 15 years. I move better, feel better, everything is better. Joints feel better too from shedding the weight, I'm sure the TB500 and BPC 157 helped too.

Again, I cannot thank you all enough for the support, continued guidance and coaching. It has been priceless. Overall this has been a great experience, expensive but well worth it. I will take the rest of the year and continue with my newly adapted eating habits, doing cardio, weights and jiujitsu each one 2 days a week at a minimum.

If any of you have specific questions or feel I missed something, let me know. I will be continuing doc prescribed trt at 15omg Test cyp per week but don't see the need to keep logging it therefore I will be light on the forum till next cycle. Stay safe brothers, keep on grindin!

@Simon you look amazing im happy to see the progress
but i'm disappointed can you please log your TRT for us?
 
big improvements for sure but you are not done yet
I would like to see you lose a couple more inches off your waist and stay lean year round
it's healthy and it will prolong your life
 
now from here you should continue to lose some weight so we can start seeing those abs
 
the most important thing is that you look good and you're healthy and you're happy
