Approved Log Simon TRT Log

Saw chiropractor and all is good, I just needed an adjustment and was told to see how I feel and come back monthly. But I'm in good shape, seen this doc on and off since 2014. I trust if he says I'm good, I'm good.

Traveling this weekend for a sports tournament and living out of a hotel, last time for the year. Drove 3.5 hours yesterday. Did manage to make a few chicken, rice and broccoli containers, just need to find a microwave and throw in avocado.

PRd on my Overhead Press and while my deadlifts are up 25 pounds, what I pulled, (shown below) is the same as two weeks ago. I attribute this to my lower back feeling a bit off and my wanting to play it safe. I know it will come. I see a 500# pull by years end.

Hotel has a hot tub, sat in if for 15 minutes after dinner, between that and the chrio adjustment, I'm feeling pretty good.

Lastly, I'm into my last week of anavar, (I ran for 8 weeks) I do believe 6 weeks is the sweet spot. I'm not noticing the pumps to be as intense or seeing any additional return on my investment from week 6 till now. Next cycle of var will be 6 weeks when the time comes. I notice I am way more long winded than the rest of you. I'm working on it, so on with the log.

Day 11 Added MK-2866 & SR-9009

DIET:
0500 - 25mg anavar, fish oil, 20mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009

0530 - 3 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 3 small pancakes

0700-0800 - TRAINING 5/331

0900 - protein shake, (1 scoop protein, 1c vanilla greek yogurt, 1 banana, 1 peach, 1tsp honey)

1200 - 10mg SR-9009, metrx 100 bar

1530 - bacon cheeseburger

1630 - 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009

1700 - 20 pieces sushi rolls, 6oz sashimi

1930 - 1 avocado, 4oz chicken, 1c broccoli, 1c jasmine rice

2030 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 4 caps n2g.

So flipping glad to be home, eating at home and sleeping in my own bed! Get to start a new training block today as well. Life is good!

Got some sarms delivered over the weekend from Umbrella Labs. Very well packaged, came with analysis certificates. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on a Friday with standard shipping from across the country. My first batch came from sarms4sale and seems very good but umbrella offered a 60ml option at a good price point and seems to be a better molecular structure. More to come.

This is the last week of the Anavar. Will continue the sarms through June and sports test dose till end of May. Labs are scheduled mid June and I may start a new cycle based on those labs. That cycle is yet to be determined but will start a new log then. In the meantime I will continue this log, less the Anavar unless directed to do differently by this group. It started as a trt log and has seemed to morph.

Day 13 Added MK-2866 & SR-9009

DIET:
0530 - 25mg anavar, fish oil, 20mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009

0600- 3 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

0800 - metRx big 100, yay! (Nothing opens before 0700 around here and we had to be at the court at 0700)

0900 - breakfast sandwich, (1 English muffin, 1 egg, 2 slices bacon and 1 slice cheese)

1100 - 10mg SR-9009,

1200 - 1 avocado, 4oz chicken, 1c broccoli, 1c jasmine rice, 2 caps N2G

1730 - 8oz oven roasted pesto parmesan crusted chicken breast served over 2c arugula tossed in olive oil, parmesan and lemon juice. 8- ¼” slices of french baguette with homemade pesto spread. 1 small slice of peach champagne mothers day cake, (this was ⅙ slice of an 8” cake)(SO GLAD TO BE EATING AT HOME AGAIN AND OFF THE ROAD)

1830 - 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009

2000 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 2 caps n2g.

TRAINING: REST

SLEEP:
2100 - 0430 approx 7.5 hours
WATER: approx 1g

You are switching to sarms from anavar right? whats the sarms you going to use? sr9009 or something else besides what you have?
