can you take more time off and more massage time?
 
@Simon start switching to 4/3 4 days on training 3 days off and get some massage
I typically strength train Monday and Friday, jiu-jitsu Tuesday and Wednesday. Rest days are Wednesdays and Sundays. Saturdays I try to make open mat or do some dumbell work. I will take three days this week and likely 3 days through the end of the month.

Day 9 Added MK-2866 & SR-9009

DIET:
0500 - 25mg anavar, fish oil, 20mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009

0530 - 3 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 1/2c oatmeal, 1 scoop protein and 1c mixed berries

0930 - 4 egg omelet, bacon, cheddar and Mushroom. 1 banana

1100 - 10mg SR-9009

1230 - 1c cottage cheese mixed with 1c blueberries and slice peaches, mixed green salad with 7oz chicken breast, oilve oil and balsamic, 2 caps N2G

1500 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 apple, 3 clementines.

1700 - 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009

2000 - home made nachos, ground beef, shredded cheese, salsa, avocado and sour cream. Approximately 6oz ground beef and 1 avocado

2030 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 2 caps n2g.

2130 - 0430 approx 7 hours
WATER: approx 1g

Feeling very sore and beatup today and not the kind of sore from lifting. Knees and lower back kinda jacked, tight and minor ailments kind of sore. Im thinking its from rolling on the mat and Jiu-jitsu sensei suggests chiropractor and sports massage. I used to do spinal traction and electro therapy from my chrio years ago for four budged discs and SI joint issues. I will be looking into both today because my prescribed anti-arthritic inflammatory only seem to mask it and when I stop taking them it seems to worsen.

Noticably better in knees and hips but still sore in lower back, thanks for asking. Joints are good back muscles are sore. Especially noticed it on the mat last night. Heavy deads and overhead presses on the menu today, ima do these before the chiropractor then take the weekend off to rest. It is our last sports tournament for the season, finally.

Saw chiropractor and all is good, I just needed an adjustment and was told to see how I feel and come back monthly. But I'm in good shape, seen this doc on and off since 2014. I trust if he says I'm good, I'm good.

Traveling this weekend for a sports tournament and living out of a hotel, last time for the year. Drove 3.5 hours yesterday. Did manage to make a few chicken, rice and broccoli containers, just need to find a microwave and throw in avocado.

PRd on my Overhead Press and while my deadlifts are up 25 pounds, what I pulled, (shown below) is the same as two weeks ago. I attribute this to my lower back feeling a bit off and my wanting to play it safe. I know it will come. I see a 500# pull by years end.

Hotel has a hot tub, sat in if for 15 minutes after dinner, between that and the chrio adjustment, I'm feeling pretty good.

Lastly, I'm into my last week of anavar, (I ran for 8 weeks) I do believe 6 weeks is the sweet spot. I'm not noticing the pumps to be as intense or seeing any additional return on my investment from week 6 till now. Next cycle of var will be 6 weeks when the time comes. I notice I am way more long winded than the rest of you. I'm working on it, so on with the log.

I keep hearing that. What frequency? I might be able to work this into my schedule after kids sports finish up. I do have a massage scheduled the week after next.
