Saw chiropractor and all is good, I just needed an adjustment and was told to see how I feel and come back monthly. But I'm in good shape, seen this doc on and off since 2014. I trust if he says I'm good, I'm good.
Traveling this weekend for a sports tournament and living out of a hotel, last time for the year. Drove 3.5 hours yesterday. Did manage to make a few chicken, rice and broccoli containers, just need to find a microwave and throw in avocado.
PRd on my Overhead Press and while my deadlifts are up 25 pounds, what I pulled, (shown below) is the same as two weeks ago. I attribute this to my lower back feeling a bit off and my wanting to play it safe. I know it will come. I see a 500# pull by years end.
Hotel has a hot tub, sat in if for 15 minutes after dinner, between that and the chrio adjustment, I'm feeling pretty good.
Lastly, I'm into my last week of anavar, (I ran for 8 weeks) I do believe 6 weeks is the sweet spot. I'm not noticing the pumps to be as intense or seeing any additional return on my investment from week 6 till now. Next cycle of var will be 6 weeks when the time comes. I notice I am way more long winded than the rest of you. I'm working on it, so on with the log.
