04.13.22 Day 12 Anavar/Test

DIET:
0515 - 30mg anavar, 3 caps N2G
0545 - 1c oat cherrios, 1c oatmilk
0600 - 1 scoop protein, 1c oatmilk
0730 - 1 Banana
0900 - 1c cottage cheese, 1c mixed fruit, 1c Greek yogurt
1130 - chicken and greens salad dressed with olive oil and balsamic
1145 - 2 caps N2G
1200 - 12oz ribeye, 10 stalks asparagus, 1/2c Jasmine rice
1530 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 3 clementines, 1 apple
1700 - 20mg anavar
2015 - stir fried wide rice noodle with Thai spices, basils, onions, green bean, bell peppers and red pepper and roasted duck breast
2030 - scoop protein, 1c almond milk
2030 - 2 caps N2G

Sleep 2200-0500 7 hours
Approx 1/2g water, 33oz zero sugar pedilyte

TRAINING:
jiujitsu 90 minutes
Diet is looking good
 
I like to think of them more as snacks. I am really trying to break the meat head mentality, constant bulk I've done for so long. Less meals and better partioning of food is something I will start implementing today.
As Stevesmi says you're not giving the gut a break

DIET:
0600 - 30mg anavar, 3 caps N2G
0630 - 3/4c Granola and 3/4c Greek yogurt, ½ avacado, 1 scoop protein, 10oz water
0930 - 2 biscuit sandwiches, (4 eggs scrambled, 4 slices bacon, 2 slice sharp cheddar)
1100 -1200 jiu-jitsu 60min
1300 - MetRx 100 bar, 2 caps N2G
1500 - 1c roasted chicken salad, 4oz salami, 4oz pepperoni, 4oz gouda, 4oz pepper jack, 4oz goat, 12 triscuit crackers
1830 - 1c vanilla frozen yogurt, 1/3c Blueberries, 1/3c blackberries.
1900 - 20mg anavar, 3 caps N2G
2150 - 1 scoop protein, 10 oz water

From 1400-2100 we were at a sporting event, (one of my kids plays travel ball) we packed our own food which consisted of crackers, cheeses, pepperoni and salami and roasted chicken salad. We walked for icecream between games.


TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 60min

Approx 1g water
33oz pedyalite
Sleep 2230-0630 approx 8 hours
 
@Simon I like the diet changes.

You should change breakfast to steel cut oats, get at least 1/2 cup of the oats and boil them, perfect with protein powder, after they are ready mix in 50 grams of protein, it's one of the most powerful meals you can eat.
@ RealQuadzilla40, this suggestion was a game changer, thank you. I made the oats this am with a protein powder and some Blueberries @ 0900, stayed satiated and felt good till about 1400. Thabks Bro!

Sunday 04.16.22 Day 15 Anavar/Test

I weighed in today like I do every Sunday, I was 231.6, last week was 232 even. Also did a caliper measurement and down 1 point, approximately 21٪ bf. I will post pictures in 6 weeks once the cycle completes.

This weekend we had a two day tournament for one of our kids so we were gone for a considerable time with packed food from home and no heat source. Yesterday's log and the one below reflect that.

DIET:
0630 - 30mg anavar, 3 caps N2G
0730 - 0830 TRAIN
0900 - 1c Oatmeal, 1/2c Blueberries, 1 scoop protein.
1 scoop protein with 10oz water
1230 - 2 caps N2G
1400 - 1c roasted chicken salad, 4oz salami, 4oz pepperoni, 4oz gouda, 4oz pepper jack, 4oz goat
12 triscuit crackers, ½ Coca-Cola so 6oz.
1800 - 20mg anavar
1900 - 8oz grilled salmon, 1/2c Jasmine rice, 1c wilted spinach. All was seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
2000 - 2 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein and 10oz water

TRAINING:
SS1 DB INCLINE 80# - 4x10
SS1 DB INCLINE CURL 30# - 4x8

SS2 DB FLAT FLYES 30# - 4x12
SS2 CABLE CURLS 50# 4x10

SS3 CLOSE GRIP FLAT BB 185# - 4x6

@Simon thanks for being honest on this.

You have to drop coca cola and replace it with kombucha bubble drink. Thats what I did , changed my life. Also can you add 1 avocado per day to this?
