Diet, Training and Anavar/Test Updates
Sunday 04.16.22 Day 15 Anavar/Test
I weighed in today like I do every Sunday, I was 231.6, last week was 232 even. Also did a caliper measurement and down 1 point, approximately 21٪ bf. I will post pictures in 6 weeks once the cycle completes.
This weekend we had a two day tournament for one of our kids so we were gone for a considerable time with packed food from home and no heat source. Yesterday's log and the one below reflect that.
DIET:
0630 - 30mg anavar, 3 caps N2G
0730 - 0830 TRAIN
0900 - 1c Oatmeal, 1/2c Blueberries, 1 scoop protein.
1 scoop protein with 10oz water
1230 - 2 caps N2G
1400 - 1c roasted chicken salad, 4oz salami, 4oz pepperoni, 4oz gouda, 4oz pepper jack, 4oz goat
12 triscuit crackers, ½ Coca-Cola so 6oz.
1800 - 20mg anavar
1900 - 8oz grilled salmon, 1/2c Jasmine rice, 1c wilted spinach. All was seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
2000 - 2 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein and 10oz water

SS2 DB FLAT FLYES 30# - 4x12
SS2 CABLE CURLS 50# 4x10

Approx 1G water, 33z Pedialyte. I did split a regular coke with my son, approx 6oz.
