Monday 04.17.23 Day 16 Anavar/Test

DIET:
0515 - 30mg anavar, 3 caps N2G
0545 - 1c greek yogurt, 1c Blueberries, 2/3c granola, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water.
1130 - Mixed greens salad, 8 oz shredded chicken and ½ avocado, bell peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, shredded mozzarella and some croutons dressed with olive oil and balsamic. Followed by, 1c cottage cheese mixed with 1c of mixed sliced peaches and blueberries.
1200 - 2 caps N2G
1500 - 1600 TRAINING
1615 - 1 scoop protein w 10 oz water, 3 hard boiled eggs, 2 small bananas
1745 - 20mg anavar
1830 - 10oz grilled flank, 1/2c Jasmine rice, 1c broccoli, 1c carrots. Veggies were balanced and seasoned with real butter, salt and pepper.
2000 - 2 caps N2G.

I actually felt tired yesterday. I felt good mentally and well rested but my body felt physically tired. Deadlifting seemed a little off, just not as strong as I felt last week. I'm guessing it may be due to a slight caloric deficit and the sports tournaments from the weekend. Sitting in a sports complex for 6 to 8 hours for two days really seems to drain me, only one left for the season!

Sunday 04.16.22 Day 15 Anavar/Test

I weighed in today like I do every Sunday, I was 231.6, last week was 232 even. Also did a caliper measurement and down 1 point, approximately 21٪ bf. I will post pictures in 6 weeks once the cycle completes.

This weekend we had a two day tournament for one of our kids so we were gone for a considerable time with packed food from home and no heat source. Yesterday's log and the one below reflect that.

DIET:
0630 - 30mg anavar, 3 caps N2G
0730 - 0830 TRAIN
0900 - 1c Oatmeal, 1/2c Blueberries, 1 scoop protein.
1 scoop protein with 10oz water
1230 - 2 caps N2G
1400 - 1c roasted chicken salad, 4oz salami, 4oz pepperoni, 4oz gouda, 4oz pepper jack, 4oz goat
12 triscuit crackers, ½ Coca-Cola so 6oz.
1800 - 20mg anavar
1900 - 8oz grilled salmon, 1/2c Jasmine rice, 1c wilted spinach. All was seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
2000 - 2 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein and 10oz water

@Simon deadlifts will make you tired, no surprise :)

Your diet is almost perfection, but can you add some fish oil to this? I've been waiting for you to add it.

1530 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 4 small tangerines, (size of glof balls) 1 banana, 1 apple
1700 - 20mg anavar
1800 - 2000 Training
2000 - 12oz pulled pork, 2-8” corn tortillas, 3 oz sour cream, 6 oz queso fresco, cilantro, jalapenos, green onions, white onions, ½ avocado, shredded lettuce
2030 - 2 caps N2G.

TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 120 minutes

SLEEP: 0945 - 0445 approx 7 hours
WATER: approx 1g
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos

Seems kind of weird but from day 10 to 14 I was feeling very hard, lean and strong. The last few days I have not. Can any of you speak to experience with Anavar? I know it is slightly different for each person but do I ride this out or should I ramp up my dosage? I do not want to figure more is better, I'm really thinking I am just adapting to it and getting used to it now that my diet and hydration and sleep are dialed in I am feeling less of the side effects. Maybe I'm thinking to much too, just putting it out there. I will say though I am noticing separation in muscles especially delts, traps, quads and even from lower pecs and upper abs, waist seems more definitive as well.

You an go up and down in the way you feel, don't be surprised.

i honestly think your issue is the lower protein intake, your body is craving it big time and you're not getting it.

have you started spore based probiotics and other digestive aids so you can up the protein?
