Approved Log Testosterone and anavar cycle log

Day 2 of pct
Saturday

Oats 150g
Almonds 50g
= 846 calories(113g carbs,29g protein,36g fat)




I'm not sure what happened today but I felt a bit nauseas and hot

I'm not sure I'd it's from the nolva or clomid or from anything I'm taking.

My weight is the same at 149 ish and overall no mood changes.

I'm going to stop any cardio training aside from wrestling conditioning and only focus on maybe strength aspect. ( lower reps)



Lunch
Toast with Avocado and salmon
4 slices of whole grain bread
214 g avocado ( 1 whole avacado)
4 oz salmon
= 1045 calories (79g carbs,43g protein,65 protein)


Workout:
Strength day
Hang clean 6x3 @ 205
Front squat 295 @ 4x6

Hip thrusts 4x8 @ 315
+ Kettle bell swings

Dumbell seated squat jumps 5 pound dumbells
3x6

Single leg rdl (accessory)
135 3x8
30 Kettle bell pistol squat 4x6 ( accesory)



Dinner:
Chicken breast 8 oz
1 cup black beans 214g
= 427 calories (41g carbs,65g protein,7g fat)





Extra meal:.
Protein shake(2 scoops whey)
8 oz chicken breast
Brown rice 100g steamed
= 972 calories(81g carbs,138g protein,29g fat)


Total calories
3102 calories(280g carbs,269g protein,134g fat)

@fart13 just stop cardio and rest more, during pct you can get hot flashes from estrogenic movements thats not unusual

first thing i want you to take 3 days off training and update us

Rest day







No changes
headache maybe still here but I feel lightheaded all about it .

Sleep has gotten a bit better no insomnia falling asleep around my usual time now. Don't have to take melatonin now.

Not sure how to feel but I already feel smaller especially when putting on my clothes as they feel somewhat loose even though weight is around the same.




Breakfast
Bagel with salmon and Avocado and soft boiled egg on top. Along with walnut snack

Dave's bagel
100g avocado
1 softboiled egg 63g

Walnut 50g
= 1064 calories (63g carbs,51g protein 72gfat)






Lunch:
Chicken breast 8oz
325g potato baked
= 442 calories ( 57g carbs,57g protein,6g fat)





Dinner:
Steamed brown rice 100g
100g avocado
Chicken breast plain 8oz
= 479 calories (60g carbs,54g protein,23g fat)




Extra meal
Protein shake
Grilled tillipia 250g
Shrimp 4oz
= 1095 calories(28g carbs,175g protein, 30g fat)


Total calories
= 3080 calories(208g carbs,337g protein,131 g fat)


I fell asleep yesterday really early before I could post this. I'm gonna try to lower it and see if that has any changes
 
N2Generate (HCGenerate) is a natural supplement and helps boost test levels. HCG is an estrogen, made in a lab to replicate pregnant female urine......it will delay recovery.
