Yeah it didn't feel like anything really must of not been a high dose . People say it's instant strength but I didn't feel it so idk just got a bit amped up

I saw this post and it said to up rest days and to reduce volume but keep intensity
I'm not sure if I should keep that ad a rule of thumb
And to answer your other question I was really curious and I figured that just one dose wouldn't hurt since people said alot of the effects were instant sorry about that .

Friday:


Started to log a bit late because I was waiting for my wait to flucate and so far I'm actually down 1- 1.5 Pound which I'm guessing could be from the water.

Overall no moody feelings and I feel the same.



Breakfast:
Oats 175g
50g Walnuts
= 1013 calories(125g carbs,31g protein,49g fat)


Workout:

Going to go a bit high on intensity but keep volume low . Not sure how to go about workouts and rest days


Going to workout back and biceps


Single arm Dumbell supported rows
2x 10 + 1x failure @ 65

Lat pull downs
3x12
Bicep curls 3x12 @ 45

Pull ups 4x10 @ bw + 15 slow pause at top

Seated alternating machine row
2x10 + 1x failure
Cable row
2x12 + 1x failure

Finished with Preacher curls
3x8 @ 65 pound barbell


Lunch:
3 large boiled eggs
1 tbsp butter,
Sirloin steak 8oz
= 720 calories( 0 carbs,58g protein,52g fat)




8oz chicken breast
Steamed brown rice
= 312 calories(53g carbs,52g protein,7g fat)





Protein shake( 2 scoops of whey)
Chicken breast 8oz
Steamed brown rice

= 972 calories(81g carbs,138g protein,29g fat)


Total macros= 3017 calories (259g carbs,279g protein,137g fat)
