Started to log a bit late because I was waiting for my wait to flucate and so far I'm actually down 1- 1.5 Pound which I'm guessing could be from the water.
Overall no moody feelings and I feel the same.
Breakfast:

Workout:
Going to go a bit high on intensity but keep volume low . Not sure how to go about workouts and rest days
